1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (10 oz) Ro-Tel (or similar product ) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
½ cup whole kernel corn
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp ground cumin

Directions: Stir together above ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
