A Time To Heal—Cancer changes your life, too! Even when treatment is completed, you may still need advice for helping create the best life for your loved one. A Time to Heal is a 12-week holistic rehabilitation program designed to help cancer survivors AND their family members or friends who served them during the cancer journey. Thanks to the generosity of others, this program is being offered free of charge to participants. CancerCare is an organization that provides help to cancer survivors and their caregivers emotionally, physically, and financially. They provide telephone, online, and face-to-face counseling, support groups, education, publications, and financial/co-payment assistance. Caregivers Insights is a local support group for those caring for a loved one. The group meets every Thursday at the Affinity Visiting Nurses Office located at 816 W. Winneconne Ave. in Neenah from 1-2 p.m. For more information, call 866-236-8500.
