Children's Lives Include Moments of Bravery (CLIMB® or TEEN CLIMB) is a program developed by The Children's Treehouse Foundation, a non-profit foundation that seeks to provide emotional support for children whose parents have cancer. Local FVHO facilitators have been specially trained to guide our patients' families through this program, which is open to children between the ages of 5-12 years or teens 13-18 years. Visit https://www.fvho.org/cancer-resources/climb/ to learn about this free program or call Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology at (920) 749-1171.
